Instructions

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • Season steak with oil and cajun/montreal/all purpose steak seasoning.
  • Heat a large pan to high heat and sear steak pieces for a 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Melt butter, add garlic and incorporate the steak bites along with a sprinkle of fresh parsley over top.

Mashed Potatoes

  • Boil your peeled potatoes for about 30-35 minutes with a pinch of salt.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and add cream, milk and aromatics. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat & cover for at least 15 minutes.
  • Once your potatoes are fork tender, drain immediately and use a ricer for a smoother texture.
  • Strain your butter cream mixture onto your potatoes. Mix and serve with chives or green onions.
